Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Item was purchased within the last 30 days
Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached
Proof of purchase or receipt is provided

2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at info@TJandHome.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. We will provide to you the shipping return address via email.  
4. Once received at our return address we will inspected the item, we will then process your refund.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for faulty, incorrect, or defective items, we'll send a replacement instead of a refund if you prefer. If you'd like to switch to a different product entirely, contact us at info@TJandHome.com and we'll help sort it out, subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after the 30-day return window
Items that are: used, or not in original packaging
Items marked as Final Sale

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon reception with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. No restocking fees apply. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items we will cover the return shipping cost.

8. European Union Orders
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
