Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TJ & Home. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Order cut-off time is 8:00PM AEST, Monday – Friday.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days.
Free on all orders over $100. A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $100.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.
